She graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a B.A. in English literature and a minor in women's studies, earning her election to Phi Beta Kappa. She further honed her legal skills at the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she embraced the values of competence and compassion.

During her time at Notre Dame, Ms. Coble gained invaluable experience as a legal intern at the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic and as a summer law clerk for Public Counsel's Homelessness Prevention Project. These experiences solidified her belief in the power of law to create positive social change.
