He has served as lead counsel in multiple employment jury trials and represented a national employee benefits firm in a Department of Labor enforcement action.

His litigation portfolio includes accounting malpractice, securities fraud, Ponzi scheme litigation and unfair business practice claims, with more than 35 trials to his credit in California and federal courts.
