Chris C. Han

Passionate about helping clients and their businesses succeed, Chris C. Han established Han LLP with offices in New York City, New York, and Los Angeles, California. With his in-depth legal knowledge of all business litigation and transactional matters, he assists his clients with partnership and shareholder disputes, contracts, startup agreements and corporate documentation.

Mr. Han’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Irvine. He went to the Boston University School of Law to receive his Juris Doctor degree. At law school, he served as one of the board of directors for the Esdaile Moot Court Program and interned with the Honorable Judge William G. Young of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the now retired Honorable Frank J. Bailey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.

An experienced litigator, Mr. Han has litigated cases of all magnitudes for corporations, startups and individuals in the U.S. and abroad. Committed to providing excellent client service, he customizes practical and reliable legal solutions while advocating for clients’ rights at the highest ethical and professional level. Extremely motivated, he implements innovative ideas to accomplish clients’ business goals now and in the future.

Mr. Han is admitted to represent his clients before the state courts of New York, California and Massachusetts, in addition to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Considering giving back to the community as the most rewarding experience, Mr. Han devotes his time to the Pro Bono Appellate Program Civil Appeals Clinic at the Boston Bar Association. He is the chair of the board of directors of the Taiwanese Junior Chamber of Commerce of New York and a board member of the New Asia Chamber Music Society.
