Clifton W. Albright, Jr.

Clifton W. Albright Jr. is a partner in the Los Angeles, California, office of Albright, Yee & Schmit, APC, where he plays an integral role on the firm’s labor, employment and business litigation team. With a practice spanning general and complex business disputes as well as labor and employment matters, he has guided clients through every phase of litigation from initial complaint through jury trial.

Mr. Albright regularly conducts sensitive workplace investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage-and-hour violations, helping employers navigate potential liabilities and fostering compliance with California law. He earned his bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Arizona before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

While in law school, Mr. Albright distinguished himself as a member of the nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, which is currently placed fourth in the nation. He also gained invaluable judicial insight as a law clerk to the Honorable Carol Rose of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Throughout his career, Mr. Albright’s litigation acumen and commitment to client service have been recognized extensively.
