Daniel Forouzan

Attorney Daniel Forouzan is the founder and owner of Forouzan Law in Los Angeles, California. A highly rated trial advocate, Mr. Forouzan provides exceptional representation and support to clients throughout Southern California who have legal needs involving any of the following:

Mr. Forouzan's decision to become an attorney stems largely from personal experiences he had when he was younger. His family was forced out of their homes due to religious persecution, and he witnessed unspeakable atrocities perpetrated by those in authority against defenseless victims. He also witnessed intense bullying in school, and he resolved to use his career as a means for providing a voice for those with limited resource while serving as his clients' sword and shield in their attempts at obtaining the justice they deserve.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Forouzan has achieved considerable success as a trial advocate, recovering millions of dollars in total compensation for aggrieved employees, as well as individuals and families adversely affected by someone else's negligence. A 2006 honors graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Forouzan obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in 2011. He is also an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, among his other professional affiliations.
