In honor of his accomplishments, EB5 Investors Magazine named him one of the “top 25 EB-5 attorneys” and the Beverly Hills Bar Association included him in their Order of Distinguished Attorneys.

Active in his legal community, Mr. Silver is a member of the immigration section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, The State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Invest in the USA, the association for the EB-5 regional centers.

Mr. Silver earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and received his law degree from Western State College of Law at Argosy University. He obtained his license to practice law in 1996. He is qualified to appear before all California state courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.
