A 1973 summa cum laude graduate in Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, Mr. Parker also completed his Juris Doctor from the university’s School of Law in 1976. He graduated from law school as Order of the Coif and also served as the associate editor of the UCLA Law Review. He gained a major share of his experience working as a senior partner at a firm for more than 15 years.
