Diana P. Zitser

Diana P. Zitser, CFLS, is a co-founder and managing partner of Kramer & Zitser, LLP, where she focuses exclusively on family law. A Certified Family Law Specialist with more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Zitser represents high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives, professionals, and public-facing clients in complex divorce and family law matters.

Her practice includes high-asset divorce, complex property division, business and real estate valuation issues, spousal and child support, custody and move-away matters, legal separation, paternity, annulments, post-judgment modifications, and the negotiation, drafting, and enforcement of prenuptial, postnuptial, and marital settlement agreements.

Drawing on her background in business administration, finance, and real estate appraisal, Ms. Zitser brings a sophisticated financial perspective to complex marital estates involving business interests, real property, investment portfolios, executive compensation, tracing, valuation disputes, support, and property division.
