Edwin Essakhar

A distinguished 2008 magna cum laude graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Mr. Essakhar earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2012. He became licensed in California that same year and holds admissions to the Supreme Court of California, the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

While in law school, Mr. Essakhar was part of the esteemed Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Since entering the legal field, he has honed his practice in business and real estate litigation, along with catastrophic personal injury cases. His achievements include numerous awards and accolades, notably securing one of the Top 30 Breach of Contract Verdicts in California in 2017 by Top Verdict. 

A respected figure within the legal community, Mr. Essakhar actively participates in the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Before founding Hillstone Law, PC, he spent several years representing insurance companies against personal injury plaintiffs. His deep understanding of the inner workings of insurance companies now empowers him to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
