  • ERIN GREY litigated a big win for a client of the Firm on his request for domestic violence restraining orders against his former partner, who had threatened violence and also threatened to ruin his reputation. In addition, during the matter, the partner brought her own false claims of violence against our client. The partner’s claims were all rejected after ERIN proved that the partner lacked credibility. ERIN GREY settled a long-standing case for our client against her wealthy co-parent in which she obtained excellent child support orders and generous attorney’s fees amounts. The case was complicated by the co-parent’s constant obfuscation on his income, assets, and his ability to pay support for their 4-year-old son. The client, who has worked with Erin on the case for over 3 years, was extremely pleased with the outcome., Erin Grey Delivers Back‑to‑Back Family Law Wins: Safety and Support, Family Law, Domestic Violence
