Hart Levin is the guiding force behind the firm bearing his name, The Law Offices of Hart J. Levin, a firm based in Los Angeles, California. Licensed to practice law in California since 2006, he has solely focused on criminal defense, extending his service to individuals across Los Angeles County who have been accused of offenses. He has centered his practice primarily on DUI and has adeptly handled cases spanning a broad legal spectrum, from misdemeanors to felonies such as vehicular manslaughter, domestic violence, weapons violations, rape, burglary and much more.

Mr. Levin has overseen over seven hundred preliminary hearings and litigated a multitude of misdemeanor and felony cases before a jury trial. A firm believer in second chances for all, he zealously fights for his clients, striving to get the charges dropped or reduce the sentence. His commitment to upholding justice is very well reflected in the successful outcomes he has yielded for his clients.

A top student throughout his academic career, Mr. Levin was a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors in 2003. Soon, he enrolled in Loyola Law School for his law studies and earned his Juris Doctor, yet again with honors in 2006.

Upon completing law school, Mr. Levin started his career as an associate attorney at a renowned personal injury law firm with multiple offices across California. Here, he was diligently engaged in handling complex civil cases and class action suits. After almost a year, he transitioned from private practice to a public role in the government office, serving as a deputy district attorney at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for close to half a decade before founding his legal firm.

Mr. Levin’s work has always been well received by his peers in the legal community. He holds a 10/10 "Superb" rating on Avvo along with awards and honors from other professional organizations, including:
