Irwin B. Feinberg is a co-founder and the head of the litigation department of Feinberg Mindel Brandt & Klein LLP, located in Los Angeles, California. He focuses his practice on business disputes such as unfair trade practices, and he also handles probate and trust litigation, including will and trust contests.

Mr. Feinberg pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1976. He then went on to attend the University of California Davis School of Law and was awarded a Juris Doctor in 1979. After law school, Mr. Feinberg served as a law clerk for a justice on the California Courts of Appeal. He then left for private practice, working at a well-known Los Angeles law firm before co-founding Feinberg Mindel Brandt & Klein LLP in 1996.
