Irwin B. Feinberg

Irwin B. Feinberg is a co-founder and the head of the litigation department of Feinberg Mindel Brandt & Klein LLP, located in Los Angeles, California. He focuses his practice on business disputes such as unfair trade practices, and he also handles probate and trust litigation, including will and trust contests.

Mr. Feinberg pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1976. He then went on to attend the University of California Davis School of Law and was awarded a Juris Doctor in 1979. After law school, Mr. Feinberg served as a law clerk for a justice on the California Courts of Appeal. He then left for private practice, working at a well-known Los Angeles law firm before co-founding Feinberg Mindel Brandt & Klein LLP in 1996.

Highly regarded by his fellow professionals, Mr. Feinberg has received an AV* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. He has made multiple television appearances regarding various legal matters on a variety of programs including "Good Morning America" and "Access Hollywood".

Admitted to practice in California and an active participant in the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar associations, Mr. Feinberg is also known for his volunteerism. He serves on the board of directors of Claire's Place Foundation, a charitable organization for families who are living with cystic fibrosis, as well as on the board of directors of the Westview School, a private school for children who have mild learning disabilities, such as ADHD or high-functioning autism. Mr. Feinberg is also a member of the board of directors of Our House Grief Support Center, Los Angeles.
