Jim focuses on estate and trust litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. A 1981 honors graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law, Jim practiced from Arizona for the first part of his career but has been an attorney in Southern California since 1998. He represents a variety of parties (beneficiaries, heirs, trustees, personal representatives, fiduciaries, etc.) in resolving disputes both before and after litigation is commenced. Jim also has extensive experience on the appellate level and is often retained by other counsel to assist in their appeals. He has been AV rated by Martindale since his days in Arizona.
