Jeff Wolf is a personal injury trial lawyer. He represents individuals and their families in severe injury and wrongful death cases. He also represents victims of elder abuse; this includes physical abuse and neglect and financial elder abuse.
Mr. Wolf has obtained numerous jury verdicts including 7 figure verdicts involving all types of injuries such as complex fractures, spine injuries, pain syndromes, paralysis, and many others. He is a member of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates). He has been rated in the Top 100 Lawyers in Southern California by Super Lawyers and is AV Rated by Martindale.
He has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts in California as well as in the California Supreme Court. Mr. Wolf has obtained million- and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. He has represented clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries in disasters such as the Chatsworth Metrolink Crash, the heeling of a large cruise ship, and a mid-air helicopter crash at Torrance Airport.

On Friday, March 7, 2014, we obtained a jury verdict in Kern County for $3.8 Million in a difficult case involving a client who developed a condition known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome ("CRPS"). In August 2011, our client was struck in the foot by a metal panel that flew off an ice machine when a Jack In The Box cashier violently shook the machine to dislodge some ice.
