Jeremy B. Kline

As a partner at Feinberg Mindel Brandt & Klein LLP, located in Los Angeles, California, Jeremy B. Kline focuses primarily on providing family law advice and counsel to clients throughout the area. He has been certified as a specialist in family law by The State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to divorce, child custody and visitation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and spousal support, other matters that Mr. Kline handles for his clients include estate planning as well as commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels involving real estate, unfair competition, trade secrets and other business disputes.

Mr. Kline pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1982. He then went on to attend the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and was awarded a Juris Doctor in 1985. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts.

Mr. Kline has gained extraordinary respect for his legal acumen and high ethical standards, as evidenced by his receipt of an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. He has also been selected for inclusion in The American Lawyer magazine's annual list of "Top Rated Lawyers." Active in a variety of professional organizations Mr. Kline served on the Family Law Advisory Commission of The State Bar of California between 2009 and 2013, and he was that commission's chair between 2012 and 2013. The commission provides advice to the Board of Legal Specialization.  In 2014, Mr. Kline was appointed to a four year term on the California State Bar Board of legal Specialization.    Mr. Kline is also an active participant in the American, Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar associations.
