Jeremy M. Golan

Attorney Jeremy M. Golan is the founder of Golan Law, P.C., located in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Golan practices employment law, and often works with cases involving discrimination based on age, disability, gender, pregnancy, race and other types of illegal discrimination. He also represents workers in cases involving sexual harassment and wrongful termination. He represents clients throughout Southern California, including, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in political science, Mr. Golan earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While attending law school, he was editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. He was also named to the dean’s honor list and was the recipient of the First Honors award. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Before founding his own firm, he practiced employment law and business litigation at a larger Los Angeles law firm. Over the course of Mr. Golan’s career he has secured significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of clients in disputes that put him up against employers, insurance companies and other powerful opponents..

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Golan is a member of professional organizations including the California Employment Lawyers Association. He regularly educates others on employment law related topics by serving as a presenter at various seminars and conferences.

Recognized for his accomplishments in the legal profession, he was named one of the top attorneys within his region by Pasadena Magazine.
