A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Mr. Hariton began his legal career in 1988 after obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University and his license to practice from the State Bar of California. He is also admitted to practice in Missouri as well as certified to practice before all of California's U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He attended college on a California State Full Scholarship and earned the Exceptional Achievement Award from Southwestern University.

His professional affiliations have included the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Anti-Defamation League's Executive Committee, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and more.  He has served as Board Director/Chairman, Officer and Pro Bono counsel of various 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organizations.
