Joel D. Farar

As the founding partner of Farar & Lewis, LLP, Joel D. Farar is dedicated to serving his clients in Los Angeles and throughout Southern California. He focuses his practice in the area of personal injury law, particularly in representing people who have been injured in car accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents and premises liability matters. He also represents California families in wrongful death claims.

Mr. Farar earned his law degree at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and was admitted to practice law in California in 2007. Since that time, he has been involved in numerous personal injury cases that concluded with large monetary verdicts or settlements for his clients. In one premises liability case, he was able to secure $1.3 million for his client. In an automobile-motorcycle accident case, he was able to obtain $600,000 for his client. He has also managed to settle numerous cases against insurance companies for the policy limit on behalf of his clients.

In addition to his practice of law, Mr. Farar is involved in a number of professional organizations. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization whose membership is limited to attorneys who have attained verdicts or settlements in excess of $1 million for their clients. Mr. Farar is active with the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is also currently a member of the American Association for Justice and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
