Jubin Niamehr is the managing partner of litigation at Jacoby & Meyers Accident & Injury Lawyers, in Los Angeles, California, where he focuses exclusively on personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, animal attacks and wrongful death claims. Mr. Niamehr’s path to becoming a leading trial lawyer began at one of the world’s largest and most prestigious law firms. There, he handled complex business litigation matters, refining the analytical and strategic skills that now distinguish his personal injury practice. Before entering the legal field, he built a strong business foundation working in investment banking, which enhances his ability to evaluate damages and negotiate effectively on behalf of his clients.

A proud alumnus of the New York University School of Law, Mr. Niamehr earned his Juris Doctor after completing his Bachelor of Arts in business economics at the University of California, Los Angeles. His dual background in law and economics allows him to approach each case with both legal precision and financial acumen. 

In 2024, Mr. Niamehr was elected to the Board of Trustees of New York University, where he contributes his experience to help shape the university’s future while continuing his advocacy for justice through his legal practice. He is admitted to The State Bar of California and is an active member of the Consumers Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, reflecting his ongoing commitment to the legal profession.
