Kathryn L. McCann

Kathryn L. McCann is the founding partner of Annaguey McCann, a boutique law firm based in Los Angeles, California. Through the firm, she represents clients across Los Angeles, including Ventura and Orange counties and counsels them on a wide range of legal matters. With her practice being heavily focused on business litigation, she works closely with individuals, businesses and entrepreneurs and helps them resolve disputes and issues and protect their businesses. She also steps in and takes on matters involving real estate or employment law.

With a bar license to practice law in California since 2006, Ms. McCann has worked at multiple firms before founding her firm in 2023. She started her career as an associate attorney at a nationally renowned firm right after graduating law school. Over a decade, she meticulously fine-tuned her skills, working alongside distinguished attorneys. In 2017, she stepped into the role of partner attorney at another firm and practiced law through the firm for another five years before deciding to chart her own path and establish a law firm.

A graduate of Florida State University, Ms. McCann pursued communication and media studies at the university and received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in 2002. A year later, she enrolled in Loyola Marymount University Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and received her Juris Doctor in 2006.

Honoring Ms. McCann’s years of legal work, the Los Angeles Business Journal included her in its special section “Women of Influence: Attorneys,” a testament to her commitment to work.
