Kevin Danesh

A co-founder and managing partner at BD&J, PC, based in Los Angeles, California, Kevin Danesh offers dedicated legal representation to individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. He focuses his practice on personal injury law, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, product defects, construction accidents, aviation accidents and dog bite claims.

Throughout his career, Mr. Danesh has obtained more than $1 billion in settlements and verdicts for his clients, reflecting his commitment to achieving meaningful results. Among his notable case outcomes are a $34.5 million recovery in a truck versus pedestrian case in 2016 and a $6.5 million settlement involving a truck versus car collision.

Mr. Danesh approaches each case by understanding the unique circumstances of his clients’ injuries. He is known for creating customized legal strategies to maximize recovery while guiding clients through what is often a challenging process. His ability to communicate effectively in English, Spanish and Farsi allows him to serve a diverse client base across California.

Academically, Mr. Danesh received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2000, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2003. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in California.

Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Danesh is actively involved in professional and community organizations. He serves on the foundation board of Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Hospital and is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Ethical Lawyers of America.
