Marc E. Hankin is the founding partner of HPL Intellectual Property Law, a leading law firm based in Los Angeles, California. Currently serving as the managing partner of the firm, he established it in 2004 with the objective of providing comprehensive legal counsel to businesses of all sizes, focusing on safeguarding their valuable technology and creative works. - After deliberating for less than three hours, the Federal Jury in a five day Patent Infringement case concerning remote presence robots came back with a complete Defense Verdict exonerating my Client of any accused wrongdoing and Invalidating the Plaintiff's Patents-in-Suit.
