Marc Zimet

Marc J. Zimet is recognized as a top civil defense attorney in the areas of professional liability, including legal malpractice and insurance agent and broker E&O; employment practices liability; directors' and officers' liability; and construction defect litigation. To date, Marc has obtained for his clients, defense verdicts and judgments for defendants in all but three of the forty-one cases he has tried.

He is licensed in California, Massachusetts, and Washington, and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as all California state and federal courts.
