Marie A. LaMolinara

Ms. LaMolinara is a strong negotiator and is always prepared to litigate cases in court, as and when necessary.  For approximately five years, Ms. LaMolinara has served, by appointment of the Supervising Judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court, Family Law Division, as a volunteer in the Temporary Judge Property, and is certified to serve as Minor's Counsel. She co-authored, “Strategic Decisions to Minimize Risks in Domestic Violence Actions,” an article published in the Daily Journal, was featured in Los Angeles Magazine as a Southern California "Rising Star" for several consecutive years, and in 2025 was selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer. Ms. LaMolinara also currently serves on the Board of Directors for LevittQuinn, a non-profit organization that provides low-cost/pro bono legal services to low-income families. 

A dean’s list graduate of the University of Southern California, Ms. LaMolinara obtained her Bachelor of Arts in 1997. She later received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, Los Angeles, in December 2002. She cleared her bar examinations and became admitted to practice in all the state courts of California in mid-2003. While in law school, she was a member of the Southwestern Moot Court Honors Program, during which she served as the only competitive oralist leading a 3-person team to place first in the Southwest region of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
