Maya Doron

Currently serving clients in family law matters at FMBK in Los Angeles, California, Maya Doron is an attorney dedicated to providing quality legal representation. Advocating for clients across Los Angeles County, she handles divorce, child custody, child support and domestic violence cases. As an empathetic attorney, she prioritizes client experience and ensures that they are provided with the appropriate representation required.

Ms. Doron graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies and a minor in criminal justice. She later went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2019. While in law school, she served as a law clerk for the supervising judge for the Family Law Division of the Los Angeles Superior Court, Hon. Amy M. Pellman. Honing her research and analysis skills, she worked on various family law cases, including child custody and property disputes.

Dedicating a significant portion of her time to various pro bono law activities, Ms. Doron has volunteered and contributed to various community initiatives. She has volunteered for Levitt & Quinn, participating in their family and veteran night clinics. She was also an active contributor to the Family Law and Dependency Society at law school. Through these experiences, she not only enhanced her legal skills but also deepened her understanding of the challenges faced by families in crisis.

Gaining her license to practice in California in 2019, Ms. Doron stays dedicated to helping families solve their legal issues with an efficient and client-centric approach. She continues to actively contribute to the community, serving as a board member of the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, and through their Client Orientation and Assessment System Program. She is also an active member of the Southwestern Law School Alumni board, planning and organizing alumni-focused events.
