Mehrdad Bokhour

The founder of Bokhour Law Group, P.C., located in Los Angeles, Mehrdad Bokhour is an employment law attorney with more than nine years of experience in the legal field. He represents employees exclusively with matters including wage and hour claims, meal and rest break violations, unpaid off-the-clock work, unlawful security checkpoints, and overtime and minimum wage violations. 

Dedicated to fighting for the rights of his clients, Mr. Bokhour is well known for his tenacity and skill in the courtroom. He understands the negative impact that employment law matters can have on an individual and is a zealous advocate for his employee clients. Mr. Bokhour also has extensive experience taking on cases involving claims for discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and wrongful termination. With a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, he also served as a research assistant at the Goldman School of Public Policy. 

Mr. Bokhour pursued law and earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. While in law school, he served on the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and was on the board of directors of the Iranian American Bar Association. He also was a visiting student in Beijing, China, at the University of International Business and Economics. During law school, Mr. Bokhour served as a judicial extern for a renowned judge at the California Court of Appeals. 

Admitted to practice in the state of California, Mr. Bokhour is also licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
