Michael Bordy negotiates and documents a variety of business and real estate transactions, including choice and formation of businesses, purchase and sale of businesses, purchase and sale of real estate, real estate financing, and leasing transactions. Mr. Bordy has been the chair of the Real Estate Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association (1998‑2000) and a frequent speaker on leasing and financing issues in real estate law and the purchase and sale of businesses. Mr. Bordy recently became certified as a mediator. Mr. Bordy received his Juris Doctorate from University of Southern California (1986), where he was a member of the University of Southern California Journal of Law and Environment, and published an article, “Discerning Novel Treatment from Novelty,” in Cogitations on Law and Government.
