After graduating cum laude from California State University, Northridge, Ms. Goldsmith attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 1995. The State Bar of California admitted her to practice that same year, and she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, she has served as mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court Labor and Employment “CRASH” Program since 2012.

Highly active in her legal community, Ms. Goldsmith is a member of the labor and employment divisions of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Mackrell International.
