Mindy S. Bae

Mindy S. Bae is a partner at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman’s Los Angeles office. Her practice is focused on professional liability and commercial litigation. She represents licensed professionals including attorneys, architects, accountants, real estate brokers and agents, insurance brokers, and property management companies. She also has extensive business and commercial litigation experience involving claims of breach of contract, fraud/misrepresentation, intellectual property theft, as well as transactional experience negotiating and drafting business-to-business agreements. 

While in law school, Ms. Bae was a Business and Legal Affairs extern at Lionsgate as well as the independent film production company IM Global. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Barry Russell of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California and to the Honorable Stuart M. Rice of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
