She teaches law as an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School’s Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Team.

Ms. Alarcon practices in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. She belongs to several esteemed organizations such as The State Bar of California, the National Lawyers Guild of Los Angeles, the American Association for Justice and the Consumer Attorneys of California.

A tireless advocate for the needy, Ms. Alarcon represents the homeless in infraction proceedings and mentors law students participating in national moot court competitions.
