Natasha Chesler

Natasha Chesler is the founding partner of Chesler Law P.C., located in Los Angeles, California. She represents employees in a range of workplace disputes, bringing a focused approach to employment litigation and a commitment to protecting workers’ rights. She helps clients navigate complex employment issues, evaluate their legal options and pursue appropriate remedies when workplace conduct violates applicable laws.

With over two decades of experience, Ms. Chesler focuses on employment litigation, employee-side employment law, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. She works with employees facing challenging workplace circumstances, providing legal guidance tailored to the facts of each case and the individual needs of each client. Her work centers on addressing employment-related grievances and holding employers accountable for unlawful practices.

Ms. Chesler obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California in 1998. Later, she earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2003. That same year, she was admitted to practice law in California. Her professional credentials also include admission to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, enabling her to represent clients in relevant federal proceedings.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Chesler has maintained an active role in the legal community. She is affiliated with the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), where she previously served on the board of trustees and the Executive Committee. She also served as co-chair of the LACBA Labor and Employment Section’s Dinner Committee, contributing to the organization’s professional activities and engagement within the employment law community.

Ms. Chesler’s professional service extends to dispute resolution. She serves as a settlement officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court’s CRASH Program and as a panel mediator for both the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Los Angeles Superior Court. These roles reflect her involvement in facilitating dispute resolution and helping parties work toward mutually acceptable outcomes. She is also affiliated with the American Bar Association and The State Bar of California.
