Navid Yadegar

A partner at Yadegar, Minoofar & Soleymani LLP, Navid Yadegar has over two decades of experience and represents clients in Southern California with a focus on the Los Angeles County metropolitan area. His practice covers employment litigation and business litigation, and he represents clients in matters of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, workplace retaliation, pregnancy discrimination, employment discrimination or disability discrimination.

Admitted to practice in the state of California, Mr. Yadegar is also admitted to practice before several federal courts. These include the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Fluent in Farsi and English, Mr. Yadegar earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1996. He then attended law school at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor with a specialization in Business Law.
