Neda L. Lotfi

Neda L. Lotfi serves as a dedicated partner at Pfau Cochran Vertetis Amala PLLC , where she ardently champions the rights of individuals and consumers. With unwavering resolve and genuine compassion, she guides her clients through every phase of litigation – from the initial case assessment through trial preparation – ensuring they receive both zealous representation and the personal support necessary during difficult periods. She concentrates her practice exclusively on representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse against institutions, and has successfully held public schools, private schools, religious organizations, youth athletic organizations, and other institutions responsible for their negligence. 

Ms. Lotfi’s methodical approach combines rigorous legal analysis with attentive client care, earning her the confidence of those she represents and the respect of her peers in the legal community. She was admitted to practice in California in 2013 and Texas in 2025.  

Neda sits on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), a professional organization that represents the interests of 39 million Californians. Through CAOC, Neda helps push legislation to protect consumer legal rights, fundraises for charitable causes, speaks on seminar panels to further education, and mentors newer attorneys.  

Bilingual in English and Persian, Ms. Lotfi also leverages her multicultural background to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele and to advocate for justice with both skill and empathy.
