Nicholas A. Salick

The founder of the Salick Family Law Group, Nicholas A. Salick focuses his practice exclusively on that area of the law. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he provides representation to clients throughout Southern California from the firm’s office in Beverly Hills. Admitted to practice before all California state courts since 2005, Mr. Salick became admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in that same year.

Mr. Salick has extensive experience in representing people whose marriages have come to an end. He helps them deal with the legal issues of property division, child custody and visitation, and spousal and child support, assisting them with the negotiation of a comprehensive settlement agreement when possible and advocating on their behalf in court when litigation proves to be necessary.

Mr. Salick’s family law practice extends well-beyond divorce matters. He helps clients whose marriages have already been legally dissolved and who are now seeking to have existing parenting and support court orders modified or enforced. Mr. Salick has also represented victims of domestic violence in their pursuit of appropriate protective orders, and he had prepared and reviewed prenuptial and post-marital agreements and has worked on cases involving paternity establishment and disputes. Mr. Salick attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, as an undergraduate, and he majored in film and digital media and earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2000. He then enrolled at the University of La Verne College of Law, and in 2004, he was awarded his Juris Doctor.
