Nicole Norris Meyers

Nicole Meyers is the Founder and Managing Attorney at Principle Employment Law, APC, a boutique law firm based in Los Angeles. Specializing in employment and civil rights law, Nicole has become a trusted advocate for justice in the workplace.

Representing employees in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, Nicole has developed a particular focus on public employees. Her dedication to advancing workers' rights led to her selection for the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) 2022-2023 Leadership Conservatory. She now serves as the 2024-25 Co-Chair of CELA's Public Employee Committee and has been recognized for her exemplary service with CELA’s Committee Service award. In 2025, Nicole was appointed as a Board Member of CELA, a significant honor that underscores her leadership and influence in the field of employment law. As a Board Member, Nicole plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the organization and advocating for policies that protect and promote the rights of employees across California.

In addition to her leadership role at CELA, Nicole is the co-chair of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) DEI Committee. Her work in both organizations reflects her ongoing commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal field.
