Randy Aguirre

Randy Aguirre, an accomplished civil litigation attorney, holds the position of senior counsel at the law office of Goodkin Law Group, APC in Los Angeles, California. With a strong focus on serving clients throughout the Los Angeles Metro and surrounding areas, he provides legal guidance in a variety of practice areas, including real estate litigation, business insurance coverage, risk management and business law.

Mr. Aguirre possesses extensive experience as a litigation associate, demonstrating proficiency in handling all aspects of real estate matters. Throughout his career, he has successfully litigated various disputes related to:

After graduating from California State University magna cum laude with a B.A. degree, Mr. Aguirre earned his law degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. During his time at law school, he distinguished himself as an editor for the university’s Journal of International Law and Business.

With his admission to The State Bar of California, Mr. Aguirre has been actively practicing law since 2015. However, his journey into the legal field began during his time in law school; he gained invaluable legal experience through various internships. He served as a summer law clerk at both the State of California Department of Business Oversight and the Immigration Advocacy Unit of the Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County. Additionally, he was as a legal extern at the Division of Enforcement of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the Greater Chicago Area.
