Verdicts / Settlements (Case Results)
- Plaintiff was driving on a highway when a low lit Military Tank suddenly appeared in front of him. Without being able to stop his vehicle the Plaintiff rear-ended the tank in a horrific accident. The Plaintiff's life was forever destroyed. He was now a quadriplegic and his wife pregnant with their first child. After weeks of a Bench Trial in Federal Court, we were able to obtain a $26 Million dollar verdict for the Plaintiff and his wife., 2020
