Roger Kirnos

Roger Kirnos is a lawyer at Lemon Law Help by Knight Law Group, based in Los Angeles, California. His legal practice focuses on lemon law, and he serves clients throughout California. He has led the firm’s efforts in several federal multidistrict litigations and state judicial counsel-coordinated proceedings.

Earning his law degree cum laude at Southwestern Law School, Mr. Kirnos received numerous academic scholarships, such as the dean’s merit award, and excelled in moot court competitions. He also held leadership roles in The Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy and the Business Law Society.

Since 2013, Mr. Kirnos has been advocating for consumer rights under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and other consumer protection laws like the Automobile Sales Finance Act and the Consumer Legal Remedies Act. He joined the Lemon Law Help by Knight Law Group as a partner in 2017, concentrating on defending consumers against misconduct by automobile manufacturers. He has successfully taken over 30 consumer-protection cases to verdict and was instrumental in winning a landmark $8.2 million verdict against Ford Motor Company, which was recognized among the top verdicts in California for consumer fraud-related cases.

Mr. Kirnos has participated in briefing more than 20 appeals and is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts in California. He shares his knowledge at conferences for the National Association of Consumer Affairs and has presented on the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and related statutes in Continuing Legal Education courses. He is actively involved with nonprofit organizations such as Consumers for Auto Reliability and Safety and serves on the PAC Board for Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Kirnos is also a member of both the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
