Ronald M. Papell

Ron Papell has been representing victims in Los Angeles and the State of California for more than 30 years. Ron always places his clients' interests first and limits his practice to cases involving injuries resulting from automobile, motorcycle and truck accidents and those occurring at construction sites and other dangerous conditions of property.  Ron also represents those injured from dog bites which cause scarring or other significant injury.  Ron also handles cases against insurance companies for their unfair handling of claims (often referred to as insurance bad faith claims). Over the course of his career, Mr. Papell has obtained million-dollar and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in all areas of his personal injury practice.
