S. Emi Minne

A fierce advocate for workers’ rights, Emi has dedicated her career to championing employees in legal disputes against their employers. Since being admitted to practice in 2007, she has represented employees in a wide variety of claims, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unpaid wages, missed breaks, and misclassification. Emi is especially known and respected for her expertise in prosecuting complex wage and hour class actions and representative Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) actions and has been appointed as class counsel by numerous courts throughout California. 

Known for her meticulous preparation and strategic execution, Emi utilizes her extensive experience and understanding of employment law to deliver exceptional results for her clients. Ms. Minne is a founding partner of Parker & Minne, LLP. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001, and her Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007, and is admitted to practice in all federal District Courts in the State of California. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
