Mr. Heidari's academic journey began at Ecole Polytechnique in France in 2006. He then earned a degree in communications from Santa Monica College in 2009, followed by a certificate in litigation and paralegal studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010. He completed his Juris Doctor at William S. Boyd School of Law – University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2013. Licensed to practice in California and Nevada, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

Following law school, Mr. Heidari embarked on a journey as a judicial law clerk and research attorney with the Honorable Susan W. Scann at the Eighth Judicial District Court-Business Court in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this unique setting – one of just five Business Civil Courts in the state – he played a crucial role in aiding Judge Scann with an array of intricate business and civil cases. His responsibilities included managing litigation and jury trials that spanned catastrophic injuries, product liability, consumer law, shareholder derivative actions, eminent domain, legal malpractice, class actions and mergers.

A respected figure within the legal community, Mr. Heidari actively participates in several associations, including those in the Los Angeles Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Nevada Justice Association. Additionally, he is a member of The Howard D. McKibben Chapter of the American Inns of Court and holds an “Excellent” rating on Avvo. He is also fluent in French.
