Sharen H. Ghatan

Attorney Sharen H. Ghatan is the founder and lead counsel at California Legal Counsel in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Ghatan concentrates her practice in DUI/Criminal Defense and Personal Injury law, representing clients in Los Angeles and throughout the state of California for the past 24 years.

Ms. Ghatan successfully handles personal injury matters involving: car accidents, bicycle accidents, bus accidents, dog bites, motorcycle accidents, premises liability and slip and falls. Her criminal law experience includes defending clients charged with drug crimes, juvenile cases, sex crimes, violent crimes and white collar crimes. She has experience with all aspects of the criminal process including expungements, pardons, sealing of records and warrants.

Before founding her firm, Ms. Ghatan practiced at a personal injury firm in Beverly Hills recovering multimillion-dollar settlements for her clients. She also practiced at a criminal defense and personal injury firm in Santa Monica.

Over the course of her two-decade long career, Ms. Ghatan has received numerous honors and awards for her various legal accomplishments. Ms. Ghatan earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and received her law degree from Whittier Law School. She attained her law license in 2001 and is qualified to practice before all California state courts.
