Tobin Lanzetta

Tobin Lanzetta is the founder of Lanzetta Law, located in Los Angeles, California, where he represents individuals and businesses in challenging civil litigation matters. His practice areas include personal injury and wrongful death, motor vehicle and transportation accidents, product defects, workplace injuries, employment law, business litigation and insurance bad faith claims. He is committed to protecting the rights of injured individuals and policyholders, and he works diligently to pursue accountability and deserving compensation for clients harmed by negligence or corporate misconduct.

With more than two decades of legal experience, Mr. Lanzetta handles various high-stakes disputes involving catastrophic injuries, tough liability questions and business conflicts. Known for thorough preparation and determined advocacy, he guides clients through every step of the legal process, whether in settlement talks or preparing for trial.

As a proud alumnus of the University of San Diego School of Law, where Mr. Lanzetta developed his advocacy skills and earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. During law school, he began building a practice dedicated to representing individuals and businesses in challenging legal matters. Prior to attending law school, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Santa Clara University in 1997.

Admitted to practice law in California since 2003 and in New Mexico since 2024, Mr. Lanzetta is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He remains active in the legal community as a member of the American Association for Justice, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers’ Los Angeles Chapter and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. In recognition of his advocacy, he was named “Consumer Attorney of the Year” by the Consumer Attorneys of California in 2016.
