Todd Allen brings a wealth of legal and business acumen to the realm of complex commercial real estate transactions for Allen Law Group, APC, in Los Angeles, California. Over the course of his career, Mr. Allen has successfully closed over $1 billion in real estate transactions, significantly reduced operational costs and pioneered new business avenues for his clients.

Serving as outside general counsel, Mr. Allen consistently delivers substantial value to his previous firm by applying his thorough understanding of risk mitigation, insurance, estate and tax planning, and litigation-avoidance strategies. He is adept at both preserving assets and fostering their growth, always selecting the most appropriate strategy to secure the best outcomes for his clients.

Before establishing Allen Law Group, APC, Mr. Allen dedicated over 15 years to serving as general counsel for another firm, where he provided both tactical and strategic legal guidance to enhance the value of real estate investments. His tenure as in-house counsel included positions on the executive committees of two leading real estate family offices in Los Angeles.

Mr. Allen’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in economics, graduating magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from his alma mater. He is an active member of both The State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Additionally, he has been peer-review rated Distinguished* through Martindale-Hubbell.
