William Litvak

As the managing partner of Dapeer Rosenblit & Litvak LLP in Los Angeles, California, Mr. William Litvak focuses his practice on business litigation, real estate matters and public law disputes. In a legal career that has spanned four decades, Mr. Litvak has argued before the California Supreme Court and been designated an expert witness in business law matters in both the Los Angeles County and Ventura County Superior Courts. He also handles cases dealing with elder law financial abuse, fair housing discrimination and municipal litigation.

Mr. Litvak was admitted to practice law before the state courts of California in 1979. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. He is also licensed to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Due to his extensive experience as both a litigator and negotiator, the Los Angeles Superior Court has called upon Mr. Litvak to serve as an arbitrator, settlement officer and judge pro tem. He is a member of The State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Standing Committee on Lawyers' Professional Liability. The esteem in which Mr. Litvak is held by his colleagues has helped him to earn a rating of AV Preeminent* through the peer ratings firm Martindale-Hubbell.
