After receiving her bachelor’s degree in law from the National Taipei University, Ms. Lin went on to pursue her master’s degree in international law and legal studies from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She decided to go to law school after working as a litigation law clerk in a civil litigation law firm for seven years.
In 2015, Ms. Lin graduated summa cum laude from Southwestern Law School with a Juris Doctor degree. She did her internships with the Honorable Goodwin Liu of the California Supreme Court, with the Honorable Dean Pregerson of the California Central District Court, and with the ACLU of Southern California.
Ms. Lin has volunteered with the Workers’ Rights Clinic of the Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County, Bet Tzedek Legal Services, and the Pro Bono Legal Aid Clinic of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association. She is licensed to practice in California and New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She is an active member of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.
