Steven M. Weinberg

Attorney Steven M. Weinberg is one of the founders of the Malibu law office of Holmes Weinberg, PC. He and co-founder Henry Holmes established their firm in 2008 in order to provide legal services to businesses and individuals located in California, nationally and internationally. Mr. Weinberg focuses his practice on transactions, deals, counseling and litigation, and also serves as general legal counsel to emerging and established businesses and individuals primarily in entertainment, fashion, digital apps development, character and brand licensing, health and wellness and language services industries.  He regularly represents clients in a broad range of matters both as a counselor and litigator, including

Mr. Weinberg began his legal career in 1981 after earning his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and his approval to practice law in New York State. In 1994, the State Bar of Arizona approved him to practice law there, and The State Bar of California followed suit in 2004.

In the years since Mr. Weinberg's career began, he has established himself as a leading attorney in his areas of practice.  He has represented clients in a number of high-profile litigation matters and cases and has negotiated countless business deals for hundreds of satisfied clients.
