Attorney Steven M. Weinberg is one of the founders of the Malibu law office of Holmes Weinberg, PC. He and co-founder Henry Holmes established their firm in 2008 in order to provide legal services to businesses and individuals located in California, nationally and internationally. Mr. Weinberg focuses his practice on transactions, deals, counseling and litigation, and also serves as general legal counsel to emerging and established businesses and individuals primarily in entertainment, fashion, digital apps development, character and brand licensing, health and wellness and language services industries.  He regularly represents clients in a broad range of matters both as a counselor and litigator, including
