Along with sharing his legal knowledge through teaching and lecturing, Mr. Kesselman has for many years co-authored and edited various chapters in the leading treatise in California on antitrust and unfair competition law. He has published articles in the Los Angeles Daily Journal and elsewhere, and he has provided commentary as a leading authority in antitrust law.
Mr. Kesselman is a member of various professional organizations (American Bar Association, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and others). He has served as a member of the executive committee for the State Bar of California's antitrust and unfair competition section (and currently serves as an advisor). He is a former past Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's antitrust and unfair business practices section, and he continues to serve as a member of the executive committee.
