Joshua Blum is the founding partner of Blum Law Firm in Manhattan Beach, California, where he spearheads a practice dedicated to complex commercial litigation. After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from The George Washington University, Mr. Blum pursued his Juris Doctor at New York Law School, graduating with both the academic foundation and practical insight essential to sophisticated litigation. Admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 2006 and The State Bar of California in 2007, he regularly appears in state and federal courts, before arbitration panels and at administrative hearings. With his practice spanning two jurisdictions, he offers clients a smooth journey through cross-border and multi-forum disputes.

He has guided recording artists and songwriters through conflicts over publishing rights, defended modeling agencies in contract disputes, and protected corporate executives facing shareholder derivative actions.
