As a partner at Taylor & Ring, Robert R. Clayton is dedicated to representing clients in Los Angeles, California, and throughout the state of California. He focuses his practice on personal injury, generally handling cases that involve motorcycle and motor vehicle accidents, mass transit accidents, airplane accidents, scalding/burns, assault and battery of customers by security guards, products liability, dangerous conditions on public property, premises liability, and wrongful death. Mr. Clayton also handles cases involving sexual harassment and sexual abuse.
As an undergraduate student at California State University, Northridge, Mr. Clayton was honored with the Jenniellen Ferguson Memorial Award for academic excellence. After he graduated with a Bachelors of Art in political science, he attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, Mr. Clayton was the managing editor of the Loyola Entertainment Law Journal. He graduated in 1999 with a Juris Doctor.
Mr. Clayton began his career defending companies and individuals from personal injury lawsuits, where he gained in-depth knowledge regarding how insurance companies evaluate claims. In his current practice, he draws on this valuable experience to help him passionately advocate for his clients and their rights.
